# Can you purchase a subscription with a virtual card?

No. TeleportHQ subscriptions cannot be purchased using virtual cards. To complete a subscription payment, you need to use a standard debit or credit card issued by your bank.

This helps us reduce failed payments, prevent billing issues, and keep subscriptions easier to manage over time. If your payment is declined, please try again using a physical card or another supported payment method.
