# How to add a Google Map to your website

**Here’s the best and easiest way to to embed a Google Map into your website**

## How to set up a Google Map

To add a Google Map to one of your pages:

* Go to **Left panel -> Media section -> Drag the GMaps** element
* Select the **GMaps** element
* Go to the **Right panel - Google Maps Location section**

Once the Google Maps element is in the page you have two options to add the exact location.

### Add the location using the embed source

* Go to [Google Maps](https://www.google.com/maps) and add a pin or find the location you want to add
* Click on the **Share icon** on the location or pin
* Go to **Embed map**
* From the embed code, copy the value in the **src property**
* Go to the **Right panel - Google Maps** Location section
* **Paste the url **from the **src property** into the **src field**

### Add the location using latitude and longitude

* Go to [Google Maps](https://www.google.com/maps) and add a pin or find the location you want to add
* Go to the **URL **of the Google Maps page
* Copy the **latitude value** (it is the first number in the URL after the location, between an “@” and the next “,”.
* Go to the **Right panel - Google Maps Location section**
* Paste the value in the **lat field**
* Copy the **longitude value **(it is the next number in the URL after latitude, between two “,” (commas).
* Go to the **Right panel - Google Maps Location** section
* Paste the value in the **lng field**

## How to edit a Google Map

Once your Google Map is set up and the proper location is shown, you can style it just like with any other element.

* Select the **Google Map element**
* Go to the **Right panel**
* Use the **Right panel properties** to customize the map
