# How to delete a project

**Here's a quick step by step guide on how to delete a project.**

1. In the **Dashboard**, hover over the project you want to delete.
2. Click on the **"..."**  icon to open the Dropdown menu.
3. From the Dropdown menu select **Delete**. This will open a deletion modal.
4. In the modal, check the box next to: **I want to delete project "project_name"**.
5. Click the **Delete project** button.
