# How to transfer project ownership to another account

**Here are the steps you need to take in order to transfer a project from your account to another user.**

## Sharing the project

* **Open your project**
* Click on the **Share button** on the top right
* Set the project as **“Can clone”**
* **Copy the project link**
* **Share the link** with the user you want to transfer the project to

## Accepting and cloning the shared project

* The person you're sharing the project with opens the link
* Clicks on the "Clone" button in the Top bar
* Selects a workspace where the project will go
