CMS Collection pages
Collections pages are the foundation of your CMS project. Here’s how they work.
After a successful CMS integration, the collections you choose to import are used to create special collection pages.
These pages are of two types, List pages and Details pages. Let’s go over them.
CMS List pages
CMS Details pages
CMS List pages
List pages are designed to display an entire imported CMS collection as a list.
By default, this page will display all of the items in the selected collection as part of a CMS list element, with its data source being set as that particular collection.
Example: It can contain a list of blog posts set up in the CMS.
The list items displayed by default when the page is created will contain some default elements such as headings, text or images.
These elements are already linked to their respective data sources from the CMS.
In a CMS list page, a CMS List element will appear in the Layers tab by default and it cannot be removed and its source cannot be changed.

We recommend using list pages instead of regular pages with CMS list elements for better performance and SEO results.
CMS Details pages
Details pages are designed to display individual items from the collection.
Example: It can contain the entire information for a blog post, including metadata, slug and more.
By default, Details pages will display some of the data from the CMS items. This data can be text, rich text, images and more, depending on what data was added in the CMS.
The main difference between a regular page and a CMS Details page is that the URL is dynamic.
This means that based on a single Details page you will automatically generate pages for each of the items in the collection.
To change the URL structure of your details:
Go to the Left panel -> Layers and files tab -> Collection pages
Right click on the Details page
Click Settings
In the URL section you can choose any data from the CMS.
The data you choose can be a slug and it will be appended to the initial URL structure.
A preview for the final URL will also be displayed.
To display data from a different CMS item:
Go to the Top left corner or the canvas on a Details page
Click on the dropdown menu
Select a different item
