How can I share my project with the support team?

Here is how you can get in touch with us, share your project and receive help from the TeleportHQ support team.

Please only share your project with the support team if there is a major issue or bug.

1. Contact the support team

Before sharing any project with the support team we ask that you contact us through either the https://discord.gg/uJrbeuHhyR the Live Chat in the editor or an email at hello@teleport.com, detailing your situation and mentioning that you have shared your project with the support team.

2. Share your project with support

To share your project with us please go into your project, and from the Top bar, click the Share button.



In the input field add support@teleporthq.io, select the Editor access level. This will allow us to freely edit and check your project.



After our intervention you can feel free to remove the support team from the list of collaborators at any time.
