What are Quests, and how do they earn you AI tokens?

Quests are short, guided tasks in TeleportHQ that teach you the platform while you build, such as creating a page, adding a form or publishing your site. Each quest points at the real buttons in the editor and explains every step. When you complete a quest, you click Claim to add free AI tokens to your workspace.

Where to find Quests in TeleportHQ

You can open Quests from two places:

  • In the editor: click Quests at the left end of the floating toolbar at the bottom of the screen. Its tooltip reads "Quests — earn AI tokens". When rewards are waiting, the button shows how many instead of the word Quests.
  • On the dashboard: click Earn tokens next to your token balance at the top of the workspace. When you have rewards waiting, the button reads Claim N rewards.

Both open the Quests panel. Guided walkthroughs only run inside a project, so on the dashboard the panel reminds you to "Open a project to follow a guided walkthrough".

The first time, TeleportHQ may show a welcome window, "Learn the platform, one quest at a time", with the buttons Show me the quests and Maybe later.

What the TeleportHQ Quests panel shows

From top to bottom, the TeleportHQ Quests panel shows:

  1. Your rank, how many quests you've done, and the tokens you've earned.
  2. Next up: the quest TeleportHQ suggests next, with a Guide me through it button.
  3. Daily & weekly: repeatable quests that reset.
  4. A Search quests… box and the filters All, Ready to claim, To do, Locked and Done.

Below them, the rest of the quests are grouped into chapters.

How a TeleportHQ quest works

  1. Open the Quests panel.
  2. Click a quest to see its steps.
  3. Click Guide me through it. TeleportHQ highlights each button on the screen and moves on as you complete each step.
  4. When the quest is complete, click Claim (in an open quest, Claim N tokens). The quest shows Reward claimed.

What Quests cover

TeleportHQ quests are grouped into five chapters that follow the way a project is built:

  • Design it: First steps, Build the canvas, Pages & structure and Design system.
  • Make it work: Data & backend, Workflows & logic and Forms.
  • Add features: Authentication, E-commerce, Blog & content, Admin panel and AI superpowers.
  • Ship & grow: Launch, Growth · marketing and Growth · analytics & SEO.
  • Go further: Team & workspace and Mastery.

The more quests you finish, the higher your rank, from Newcomer to Legend.

How many AI tokens Quests earn

Each TeleportHQ quest has a fixed reward, between 50 and 200 AI tokens depending on the quest. Repeatable daily and weekly quests pay between 10 and 75 tokens each, up to 150 tokens a day and 200 tokens a week. When you reach a cap, the quest shows Daily limit reached or Weekly limit reached.

Good to know

  • Quests belong to a workspace. Progress and rewards are tracked per workspace, and the tokens go to that workspace.
  • Some quests need a trial or a paid plan. Quests about collaborators, extra languages, backups, custom domains, scheduled workflows and the Growth tools are marked PRO. They're open during the free trial and on Pro or Premium. When the trial ends without a subscription, they show Upgrade to unlock.

How to earn free AI tokens

You can earn free TeleportHQ AI tokens by referring people who subscribe through the Affiliate Program (the How it works section on the Affiliate tab shows the reward), completing Quests, answering the AI feedback survey (500 tokens, at most once every 7 days) and subscribing before your trial ends (25,000 bonus tokens for the first month).

What are AI tokens, and how many do I get?

AI tokens are the credits TeleportHQ uses for AI features such as generating websites, pages, sections and images and chatting with the AI Assistant; a trial gets 30,000 once, Pro resets to 100,000 every 30 days, Premium to 150,000, and tokens you buy or earn never expire.

The TeleportHQ editor has a header with the Project Menu, Share, Code and Publish, a left sidebar of panels such as Elements, Pages, Plugins and Growth with the Project settings cog at the bottom, a canvas in the middle, a right panel that shows the Design Language or the selected element's styles, and a floating toolbar at the bottom with Preview, Backups and Support.

The TeleportHQ dashboard is the home screen after you sign in, with your workspaces and resources in the left sidebar, and the selected workspace's plan, AI token balance, + New Project button, folders and project cards on the right, plus tools to search, sort, filter and tag projects.

How to create your first website in TeleportHQ

To create your first TeleportHQ website, sign up, click + New Project, choose Presentation Website then Generate with AI, describe your business, pick a style, colors and fonts, let AI build your pages, then click Publish to put the site online.
