How to create marketing graphics with AI

In the TeleportHQ Marketing Studio, AI creates banners, ad pictures, blog covers and product visuals from a short description. Open Graphics → Create graphic, choose a format, optionally pick one of your products or bookable items, describe what the picture should show and click Generate graphic. When it's ready, click Download, or use it on your site from the Assets Manager, where TeleportHQ saves it for you.

Before you start

Steps

  1. In the editor's left sidebar, click Growth, then Marketing Studio.
  2. In the studio menu, click Graphics.
  3. Click Create graphic. The Create graphic window opens.

  4. Fill in the window:

    1. Format: click the shape you need. Social ad is selected at first.
      • Social ad: "Square creative for paid or organic feeds"
      • Banner: "Wide banner for ads or your website"
      • Blog cover: "Hero image for an article or post"
      • Product visual: "Polished promo shot for a product"
      • Story / poster: "Tall vertical visual for stories"
    2. Feature one of your products (optional): if your project has a store with products, click a product to put it in the picture. Use Search products… to find it. If your project takes bookings, the picker shows your bookable items instead (Feature one of your bookable items (optional)), or both (Feature one of your products or bookable items (optional)). Click a card again to unselect it.
    3. What should it show?: describe the picture, for example "A cosy autumn bread box on a wooden table, warm morning light, a jar of butter beside it". When you picked a product or an item, this field is Add a brief (optional).
    4. Click Generate graphic. The button reads Generating… while AI works.

Check that it worked

The window closes and a new card appears first in Graphics, marked New for a few seconds, showing the picture, its format and its size in pixels.

Save and use the graphic

  • Download it: on the graphic's card, click Download. The PNG picture downloads, or opens in a new browser tab: then right-click it and save it. Use it in an ad, a social post or a newsletter.
  • Use it on your site: TeleportHQ also adds every graphic to your project's files. In the Assets Manager, open Public, then the growth folder, and place the picture like any uploaded image. See What is the Assets Manager? and How to add and replace images.

Troubleshooting

"Generation failed. Please try again — your tokens were not consumed for failed work." Click Generate graphic again. If it keeps failing, check your AI tokens. Despite the message, TeleportHQ charges the AI work already done before the failure, if there was any. See What uses AI tokens, and how much?.

The Generate graphic button is greyed out Type a description under What should it show?, or pick a product or a bookable item.

The result isn't what you wanted Be more specific: name the colors, the setting, the mood and what must be in the picture. Then generate again. The description can be up to 500 characters.

I don't see Feature one of your products (optional) The picker only shows when your project has a store with at least one product, or takes bookings and offers at least one item on its booking page.

Good to know

  • Find older graphics with the format filter (All formats) and the Search graphics… box under History.
  • Delete a graphic with the bin button on its card (tooltip Delete graphic). The copy in the Assets Manager stays until you delete it there.
  • Need post text too? Social posts can include an AI image. See How to create social media posts with AI.

What is the Marketing Studio?

The TeleportHQ Marketing Studio, in the editor's Growth panel, lets you manage the people who sign up to your site, send email newsletters and AI-written email or SMS campaigns through your own sending service, and create AI social posts and graphics to copy or download.

In the TeleportHQ Marketing Studio, click Marketing Assistant at the bottom right to open an AI chat that answers questions about your contacts, campaigns, emails and posts, and creates campaigns, social posts, emails, contact lists and graphics from a plain request.

What uses AI tokens, and how much?

In TeleportHQ, every AI feature uses AI tokens for the AI work it really does, so costs vary; as a guide, an AI website page is about 3,000 tokens, a web app page about 15,000, a new section at least 1,500 and a 4-second AI video about 9,000, while stock images cost nothing, a run that fails before the AI works costs nothing, and AI 3D models aren't available yet.

What is the Assets Manager?

The Assets Manager is the TeleportHQ editor panel (left sidebar, Ctrl/Cmd+4) where you upload, organize and check your project's images, videos, documents, audio and 3D files, and pick free stock photos, videos, 3D models, sounds and icons, in the tabs Uploads, Stock, 3D, Audio and Icons.
