How many forms and submissions can I have?
In TeleportHQ, form limits are set per workspace and shared by all its projects. The Trial and Pro plans include 10 forms and 2,000 submissions every 30 days. Premium has unlimited forms and submissions. Every form counts as soon as you add it, including the forms in ready-made sections. On Trial and Pro, you can buy more forms and submissions from Growth → Forms with Increase Limits. Prices are on the TeleportHQ pricing page.
Form limits by plan
| Plan | Forms | Submissions per 30 days |
|---|---|---|
| Trial | 10 | 2,000 |
| Pro | 10 | 2,000 |
| Premium | Unlimited | Unlimited |
Extra forms and submissions you buy are added on top of your plan's limit. When a workspace's trial or subscription has ended, its forms fall back to 1 form and 30 submissions every 30 days.
How TeleportHQ counts forms and submissions
- Per workspace. All projects in the workspace share the same limits.
- Every form counts as soon as it's added, whichever way you add it: the Form element, a ready-made Contact Form, Sign Up or Sign In section, a section with a newsletter form, or the AI Assistant. When no forms are left, TeleportHQ refuses to add the form or the section.
- Only forms that store submissions count. A form whose Form Submissions switch is off, or that a workflow handles, doesn't count. Deleting a form gives its place back.
- Copies count too. A project started from a template, or copied, brings its own forms, and they count toward your workspace. See How to choose what happens after someone submits a form.
- Submissions are counted per 30 days for the whole workspace, and the count starts again every 30 days.
See your usage
- In the TeleportHQ editor's left sidebar, click Growth (the last button, under Live).
- Under Forms, click Form submissions. Ctrl+5 (Cmd+5 on a Mac) opens it in one go.
- The card at the bottom of the Your forms list shows your plan, the forms of the project you have open, and the workspace's submissions this month, for example Forms 3 / 10 and Submissions/Month 450 / 2000. On Premium, the limits read Unlimited.
The card shows even when the project has no forms yet.
Buy more forms or submissions
On Trial and Pro, the usage card in Growth → Forms ends with "Need more forms or submissions? You can increase your limits at any time".
- On the usage card, click Increase Limits. The Purchase Form Products window opens.
- Pick a product. Each one adds both, for example + N submissions/month and + N forms.
- Click Purchase and complete the payment.
- Back in the editor, a message confirms the purchase, and your new limits show on the card.
After the trial or a subscription has ended, the card shows "Upgrade to a paid plan for …" with the Pro numbers and an Upgrade button instead.
What happens when you reach a limit
Adding a form when no forms are left TeleportHQ doesn't add the form or the form section and says "This project has reached its limit of 10 forms." A window titled This feature is not available on your current plan says "This project has reached its limit of 10 forms. Upgrade to add more." Its Upgrade Now button opens Purchase Form Products. Turning Form Submissions back on for a form shows the same window.
Too many forms when publishing Publishing stops with "The maximum number of forms has been exceeded. Please upgrade your plan or delete some forms." Delete a form, turn off Form Submissions on a form you don't need to store, upgrade to Premium, or buy more forms.
Monthly submissions used up Visitors can still submit, and TeleportHQ still saves the submissions. But:
- In the form's submissions, the extra entries are hidden: "N submissions not shown due to limit." with an Increase Submissions button.
- Notification emails say "Submission Limit Reached" instead of showing the submitted data.
A limit on one form
You can also cap a single form, for example a workshop sign-up with 50 seats. In the form's Settings tab (in Growth → Forms, click Settings beside the form's title), under Status, set Submission Limit. See How to choose what happens after someone submits a form.
