How to give feedback on AI results (and earn tokens)

To give feedback on a TeleportHQ AI Assistant reply, hover the reply and click thumbs up (Good response), thumbs down (Bad response) or the flag to write a note. Your note is added to the project's AI logs, which helps TeleportHQ improve the AI. From time to time a Quick survey window also appears, and finishing it adds 500 AI tokens.

Rate or flag a reply

  1. In the TeleportHQ editor, open the AI Assistant and find the reply you want to rate.
  2. Hover the reply. Buttons appear below it.
  3. Click thumbs up (Good response) or thumbs down (Bad response). Thumbs down opens the note window for you.
  4. To add a note, click the flag (Flag — tell us what went wrong (or right) with this response).

  5. In Tell us about this response, pick a reason: Not what I asked for, Looks wrong or broken, Too slow or Really good.

  6. Optional: in Anything else? (optional), describe what happened. For example: I asked for 3 columns on mobile, but it changed the desktop layout too.
  7. Click Send. You see "Thanks — your note was added to this project's AI logs."

To close the note window without sending, click Cancel.

Fill in the survey to earn 500 tokens

The TeleportHQ Quick survey • Help us improve & Earn 500 tokens ✨ window opens at most once per session, a few seconds after the AI Assistant finishes a reply that did some work, or once a chat has 10 or more messages.

  1. Under How was your AI experience?, choose a rating.
  2. Answer the follow-up question, and add a comment if you like.
  3. Click Submit. You see "Thanks for your feedback! +500 tokens added to" followed by the name of the workspace you're working in, for example "+500 tokens added to Bakery Studio 🎉".

Check that it worked

After you send a note, the confirmation message appears in place of the note window. After the survey, the AI token balance of the workspace you're working in goes up by 500. See where your balance shows in What are AI tokens, and how many do I get?.

Troubleshooting

"Could not send the note — try again." Click Send again. Check your internet connection if it keeps failing.

"Failed to submit feedback. Please try again." The survey answer didn't reach TeleportHQ, and no tokens were added. The survey window stays open: click Submit again.

The survey doesn't appear You can get the survey reward once every 7 days. Closing the survey without answering also starts the 7-day wait. After that, it shows up again in a later session.

Good to know

  • Rating, flagging and the survey don't use any AI tokens.
  • Tokens from the survey never expire.
  • To copy a reply, hover it and click Copy message text.
  • Feedback on the AI helps TeleportHQ improve it. It doesn't fix your page. To change a result, ask the assistant again, or undo it. See How to undo changes made by the AI Assistant.
