How to replace all images or texts on a page with AI

To change all images, videos or texts on a page at once in TeleportHQ, click Ask AI above the page on the canvas. Choose Replace all images, Replace all videos or Replace all texts. Images and videos are swapped for matching free stock media. For texts you can rewrite everything, translate every text into another language, or change the tone to professional, casual, formal or friendly. To rewrite every page of the project for your business in one run, use Tailor project to my business… in the Project Menu.

Before you start#

• Ask AI page operations are available on trial and paid plans.
• Replacing texts uses AI tokens. Reading the page to pick matching images or videos uses a small amount too. See What uses AI tokens, and how much?.
• Consider creating a backup first, so you can go back later if you change your mind. See How to back up and restore your project.

Steps#

1. In the TeleportHQ editor, open the page you want to change.
2. Above the top left of the page on the canvas, click Ask AI (tooltip Update page data using AI). A menu opens.
3. Choose what to replace, as described below.

Replace all images or videos#

1. Click Replace all images (or Replace all videos).
2. Choose Replace based on page summary to pick media that fits the page's content, or Provide a different prompt to describe what you want, for example Bright photos of fresh pastries.
3. A message shows Replacing all image elements (or Replacing all video elements) while it works.

Rewrite, translate or change the tone of all texts#

1. Click Replace all texts.
2. Choose one:
   • Translate all, then pick a language, for example German.
   • Rewrite all, then Replace based on page summary, or Provide a different prompt and type your instruction in Ask AI to generate other text..., for example Make all the copy shorter and more energetic.
   • Change tone, then Professional, Casual, Formal or Friendly.
3. A message shows Replacing all text elements (or Translating all text elements) while it works.

Rewrite every page for your business (Tailor project)#

Ask AI changes one page. To rewrite a whole TeleportHQ project for your business at once, for example one you started from a template, use Tailor project to my business…. It rewrites the texts and swaps the photos for matching free stock photos on every page, keeps your layout, and can also give the project new colours, fonts, a logo and starter content. It uses AI tokens, and only people whose role can change project settings can run it.

1. Open the Project Menu (the logo at the top left) and click Edit → Tailor project to my business…. The Tailor this project window opens.
2. Business: describe your business in at least 20 characters, for example Nordlys is a family-run bakery in Bergen. We bake sourdough every morning and deliver to offices., and check the Website language. Click Next.
3. Questions: answer the AI's quick questions, or click Let AI answer all. This step shows only when the AI has questions.
4. Design ("Refresh the look?"): the Colours and Fonts cards show your design under Now and what replaces it under After. Click Generate new colours or Generate new fonts, then pick a palette under Colour palettes or a pairing under Font pairings. Each font pairing is shown in its own fonts, the heading font above the body text font. To keep yours, click Keep current colours or Keep current fonts.
5. Logo (when your pages share a logo): choose Keep current logo, Upload my logo (PNG, SVG, JPG or WEBP, up to 5 MB) or Generate with AI.
6. Content (when the project has a blog, a store, Bookings, the AI assistant chat or the admin panel): choose what to delete and what to create, for example Write 5 new posts with AI or Create 5 products with AI.
7. Review ("Here's what will happen"): read the estimate, "Estimated cost: about N tokens", then click Tailor my project.

The run takes a few minutes and keeps going if you close the window: click Continue in background, and reopen it from the progress card at the bottom of the canvas. When it's done, TeleportHQ says "Your project is now about" followed by your business name. Undo can't undo a tailoring run. When your plan and role include backups, TeleportHQ first saves a backup called Before tailoring to your business, which you can restore. See How to back up and restore your project.

When you open a copy of a template for the first time, the Make this template yours window offers the same run: click Tailor it to my business, or Maybe later. On a booking site, the Content step can also write up to 4 bookable items. See How to run and promote your bookings with AI.

Check that it worked#

After Ask AI, the images, videos or texts on the page change on the canvas. Scroll through the page to check each section. To go back, click Undo above the canvas (Ctrl/Cmd+Z) once: the whole replacement is one undo step. You can also restore your backup.

Troubleshooting#

"Your trial has ended, so Ask AI is paused. Subscribe to keep rewriting pages with AI." or "Ask AI is included in the trial and in every subscription. Start a trial or subscribe to use it." Your workspace has no active trial or subscription, so choosing an Ask AI action opens the upgrade window with one of these messages. Subscribe to use Ask AI again. "We couldn't confirm your workspace's plan, so Ask AI is paused for now. Reload the editor to try again." The editor couldn't read your workspace's plan. Reload the editor page and try again.

"No image elements found to replace", "No video elements found to replace" or "No text elements found to translate" The page has no elements of that kind that AI can change. Elements whose content comes from your data can't be replaced.

"Please provide a specific prompt to generate images, or add more content to the page, so we can generate a summary for you." The page has too little text for the AI to summarize. Choose Provide a different prompt and describe the images you want. The same applies to the similar messages for videos and texts.

"No images found for the provided prompt. Please try again with a different prompt." or "No videos found for the provided prompt. Please try again with a different prompt." Use simpler, more common words, for example coffee shop interior instead of a long sentence.

"There was a problem while trying to replace the text elements. Please try again later." Wait a moment and try again. If it keeps failing, change one section at a time with Rewrite with AI or the AI Assistant. The same advice applies to the matching messages for images and videos.

I don't see Ask AI The page is still generating or being refined. Wait until it's done; the button comes back.

Tailor my project is greyed out The run would need more AI tokens than you have. The Review step says "This run holds up to N tokens while it works and you have M, so it would stop part-way." Add tokens, or go back and switch off some options, such as the admin panel and the blog posts, which cost the most.

"Only project editors can tailor this project." Your role can't change project settings. Ask the workspace owner or an admin.

Good to know#

• Replace all images uses free stock photos from Unsplash, and Replace all videos uses free stock videos from Pexels. Neither creates new media with AI. To generate original images, see How to generate images with AI.
• Texts and images connected to your data (for example a blog or database) aren't changed.
• Translate all replaces the text on this page. To offer your site in several languages, see How to translate your site automatically.
• Ask AI doesn't read the custom instructions you set for the AI Assistant. Put rules like British spelling into your prompt.
