Sign in, password, profile and account deletion.
Go to play.teleporthq.io/signup and click Sign up with Google, GitHub or Microsoft, or type your email, tick I agree to Terms & Conditions, click Continue, set a password of at least 8 characters, then confirm your email; no credit card is needed.
Most TeleportHQ sign-in problems come from using a different sign-in method than the one the account was created with, a forgotten password, an unconfirmed email, or a blocked pop-up; this article matches each error message to its fix.
To reset or change your TeleportHQ password, sign out, go to play.teleporthq.io/forgot, enter your account email and click Reset password, then open the email link (it works even if you've signed back in), type a new password of at least 8 characters and click Save password; TeleportHQ signs you out and opens Sign in.
To add a sign-in method to your TeleportHQ account, sign in with Google, GitHub or Microsoft using the same email and confirm your existing account once; to remove one, open Account Settings → General → Authentication Providers and click Unlink (you must keep at least one method).
In TeleportHQ, open the profile menu → Account Settings to change your display name (General tab, then Save Changes) or switch between Light Theme and Dark Theme (Theme tab); your email address is shown but can't be changed yourself.
In TeleportHQ, open Account Settings → Affiliate (or Refer & Earn), copy your referral link and share it; when someone signs up through it and pays for a subscription within the qualifying window, AI tokens are added to the workspace you choose.
To delete your TeleportHQ account, cancel any active subscriptions, open Account Settings → General, click Delete account, then, while still signed in, open the emailed link within 2 hours and click Delete; every workspace you own and its projects and live sites are deleted.
