TeleportHQ has three plans. Trial is a free 7-day test of the whole product on 1 project, Pro is a paid plan for unlimited websites with private projects, a custom domain and code download, and Premium adds one included web app, more AI tokens, more storage and unlimited forms.

Every new TeleportHQ account starts a free 7-day trial with no credit card, covering the whole product on 1 project with 30,000 AI tokens; subscribe before it ends to keep your work online and get 25,000 extra tokens.

When a TeleportHQ trial or paid subscription ends, the workspace is locked, published sites and custom domains are removed, all projects are archived and private projects become public; after a trial, archived projects are deleted about 30 days later, a workspace whose paid subscription ended keeps them, and subscribing again restores them so you can republish.

TeleportHQ no longer sells its older plans, but workspaces on an older Pro subscription, a Lifetime plan or an Enterprise plan keep their own terms; this reference lists what each one includes, what it can buy, and how an older Pro subscription moves to Premium.

The TeleportHQ Academic plan is a fixed-price plan for schools and educational programs with 25 editor seats, 1,250,000 AI tokens every 30 days and unlimited projects; when a student graduates, their project can move to a free, permanent Graduate workspace.

To subscribe a TeleportHQ workspace, open Workspace Settings → Plans, click Choose Pro or Choose Premium, pick monthly or yearly billing and any add-ons, then pay on the Stripe checkout page; the plan starts as soon as the payment is confirmed.

To move a TeleportHQ workspace from Pro to Premium, open Workspace Settings → Plans, click Upgrade to Premium, check the prorated amount in the confirmation window and click Confirm and pay; Premium and its 150,000 monthly AI tokens start right away.

TeleportHQ doesn't offer a direct Premium-to-Pro downgrade; to pay less, cancel the Premium subscription under Plans, let the paid period end, then subscribe the workspace to Pro and republish your sites.

To change how often your TeleportHQ subscription is billed, open Workspace Settings → Plans, click Switch to yearly or Switch to monthly on your current plan card, review the Plan Switch Summary and click Continue; unused time becomes account credit, not a card refund.

To cancel a TeleportHQ subscription, open Workspace Settings → Plans, click Cancel subscription on your current plan card and confirm; you keep full access until the paid period ends, then sites go offline and projects are archived, and you can undo it before then with Continue Subscription.

If a TeleportHQ renewal payment fails, your workspace keeps working for up to 21 days while the payment is retried; update your card from the dashboard banner or from Workspace Settings → Billing → Manage payment, which opens Stripe's secure billing page.

TeleportHQ subscriptions, add-ons and AI token packs are paid by card on Stripe's secure checkout page; PayPal and bank transfer aren't offered, and promotion codes can be entered on the checkout page.

On a TeleportHQ Pro or Premium plan you can add extra custom domains, extra languages, Web App slots and extra editor seats; each one is a recurring add-on that follows your plan's monthly or yearly billing, and the workspace owner manages it in Workspace Settings.

In TeleportHQ, every language besides a project's main language needs a language slot, a recurring add-on a Pro or Premium workspace buys; buy one while you add a language in the editor (Purchase & Assign) or in Workspace Settings → Extra Languages → Purchase Language Slot, and an unused slot is used automatically the next time you add a language.

A TeleportHQ Web App slot keeps one web app online and running; buy one in Workspace Settings → Web Apps → Buy a slot (or Keep this project next to a web app that's running out of time), give an unused slot to a project with Assign to…, and stop paying with Cancel slot.

On TeleportHQ Pro and Premium, the owner's editor seat is included and each other person with an editing role (Admin, Designer or Editor) is a paid seat, charged to your card when you invite them and credited when you remove them or make them a Viewer; Viewers and Limited Viewers are free.

AI tokens are the credits TeleportHQ uses for AI features such as generating websites, pages, sections and images and chatting with the AI Assistant; a trial gets 30,000 once, Pro resets to 100,000 every 30 days, Premium to 150,000, and tokens you buy or earn never expire.

To buy AI tokens in TeleportHQ, click N tokens remaining next to your workspace name on the dashboard (or Purchase tokens in the editor), pick a token package in the Purchase Tokens window, click Purchase and pay by card on Stripe; purchased tokens never expire and are non-refundable.

In TeleportHQ, every AI feature uses AI tokens for the AI work it really does, so costs vary; as a guide, an AI website page is about 3,000 tokens, a web app page about 15,000, a new section at least 1,500 and a 4-second AI video about 9,000, while stock images cost nothing, a run that fails before the AI works costs nothing, and AI 3D models aren't available yet.

When a TeleportHQ workspace doesn't have enough AI tokens, an AI feature stops before it starts and shows a message such as "You need more tokens to continue with this operation. Please purchase more tokens." with the Purchase Tokens window; buy a token pack, earn tokens, or wait for your plan's 30-day reset.

You can earn free TeleportHQ AI tokens by referring people who subscribe through the Affiliate Program (the How it works section on the Affiliate tab shows the reward), completing Quests, answering the AI feedback survey (500 tokens, at most once every 7 days) and subscribing before your trial ends (25,000 bonus tokens for the first month).

In TeleportHQ, the workspace owner opens Workspace Settings → Billing to see the plan, billing period and renewal date in Subscription, and every charge (plan, extra editor seats, add-ons), the total per month or year and any account credit in Cost Breakdown.

In TeleportHQ, the name, address, country and company VAT number printed on your invoices are set in Workspace Settings → Billing → Billing Settings, then saved with Save Changes; to fix your latest invoice from this month, click Regenerate invoice to get a new copy by email.

TeleportHQ emails a PDF invoice after every payment, including subscription renewals, editor seats, add-ons and AI token packs; there's no invoice list in the app, but the workspace owner can get a new copy of the latest invoice from this month in Workspace Settings → Billing → Regenerate invoice.

TeleportHQ charges the price you see and adds no VAT at checkout; for a billing country in the EU, the invoice shows the VAT included in that price (eligible EU businesses can use reverse charge), and prices are in US dollars unless your account already pays for a workspace in euros.
