I'm on an older or Lifetime plan: what do I get?

This TeleportHQ article covers plans that are no longer sold. If your workspace is on one of them, it keeps its own terms. Older Pro subscribers (once called "Professional") keep per-editor billing and 75,000 AI tokens a month, and can upgrade to Premium. Lifetime and Enterprise workspaces keep a fixed number of editors and custom domains, and can buy add-ons. New workspaces choose between Trial, Pro and Premium.

How to check which TeleportHQ plan you're on

  1. On the dashboard, next to your plan name at the top, click Manage. Workspace Settings opens.
  2. In the SETTINGS list on the left, click Plans.

The badge next to the workspace name also shows the plan, for example PRO, LIFETIME or ENTERPRISE.

Pro on older terms (formerly "Professional")

If you subscribed to Pro before today's Pro and Premium plans, your workspace is on Pro with its older terms. It's labelled Pro Plan everywhere, and the What's included table on the Plans tab shows it as its own column, Pro · your current terms.

  • Your renewal invoice may still say "Professional Plan". That's the same subscription.
  • Moving to Premium: on the Plans tab, click Upgrade to Premium on the Premium card. Your custom domains are kept and your editors move to paid editor seats. In the confirmation window you pick which editors to keep; anyone you untick becomes a Viewer. See How to upgrade from Pro to Premium.
  • Moving to today's Pro terms isn't offered on the Plans tab. To ask about it, write to hello@teleporthq.io.
  • Monthly and yearly: you can switch the billing period. See How to switch between monthly and yearly billing.
  • Editor seats are charged when you add an editor and credited when you remove one or make them a Viewer. Viewers are free. See How do editor seats work?.

Lifetime and Enterprise plans

These plans were one-time purchases or special agreements. The Plans tab shows a Lifetime Plan card ("This workspace is free for life.") or an Enterprise Plan card ("This workspace is on the Enterprise Plan."), with a list of Included features:.

Plan (as shown in the app)EditorsCustom domainsWeb apps included
Lifetime515None
Lifetime (25 editors)25UnlimitedNone
Enterprise2503None

All of these plans include unlimited projects, private projects, no TeleportHQ branding, code download and 1 GB of assets per project. Unused editor seats can be filled with Viewers, who are free.

  • Web apps and stores need a Web App slot. On the Lifetime Plan card, click Buy a slot, or buy it under Workspace Settings → Web Apps. See How to buy, assign or cancel a web app slot.
  • Extra custom domains and extra languages can be bought on these plans too. They're billed on a separate add-ons subscription, and you cancel them in their own tabs.
  • You can't change the plan in place. To get today's Pro or Premium, create a new workspace and subscribe it. The app says: "This plan cannot be changed here. Lifetime and partner workspaces keep their plan; create a Pro or Premium workspace instead."
  • Deleting a Lifetime workspace that still pays for add-ons: cancel the add-ons under their tabs first, and delete the workspace when their paid period ends.

AI tokens on Lifetime plans

A Lifetime plan was a one-time purchase, so it includes no monthly AI token refill. Workspace Settings → General shows Monthly bonus refill: None on this plan, and How to get more: "Token packages, or a Pro or Premium subscription with monthly tokens". Buy token packs, or subscribe a separate workspace to Pro or Premium for monthly tokens. See How to buy more AI tokens.

Older free workspaces

A few workspaces from before the trial existed still show a FREE badge. They hold 1 project with up to 3 pages and no custom domain. TeleportHQ doesn't offer this plan any more. To unlock everything, the owner subscribes the workspace to Pro or Premium: on the dashboard, click Upgrade Now, or open the Plans tab and click Choose Pro or Choose Premium. See How to subscribe to Pro or Premium.

Good to know

  • Prices for older plans are whatever your existing subscription bills. For today's prices, see the TeleportHQ pricing page.
  • The Custom Domains tab has the final word on how many domains your workspace includes. The Included features: list on the Plans tab can show a lower number for Lifetime workspaces.

AI tokens are the credits TeleportHQ uses for AI features such as generating websites, pages, sections and images and chatting with the AI Assistant; a trial gets 30,000 once, Pro resets to 100,000 every 30 days, Premium to 150,000, and tokens you buy or earn never expire.
