Bookable items

In TeleportHQ, open the Bookings panel in the editor's left sidebar, click Add Item (+) next to Items, fill in the New Item form (name, photos, how it is booked, capacity, guests and price) and click Create Item, and customers can book the item on your booking page.

In TeleportHQ, open a bookable item in the Bookings panel and use More for this item at the bottom of its form to add variants with their own price, rooms and photos, extras customers add to a booking such as breakfast or parking, and the related items shown under You may also like, then click Save Changes.

In TeleportHQ, click Add Item in the Bookings panel, then Autofill using AI, describe what people book in a sentence or two and click Generate Item; the AI fills in the item's name, description, photos, how it is booked, capacity, price, category, variants and extras, which you review before clicking Create Item.

In TeleportHQ, click Import items next to Items in the Bookings panel and drop an export from Booking.com, Airbnb, Vrbo, Square, Calendly or another platform (CSV, Excel, JSON or an .ics calendar, up to 10 MB); TeleportHQ shows what it will create, then creates the items with their variants and can block the days of upcoming reservations, without importing any guest details.

In TeleportHQ, open a saved bookable item, click Calendar Sync under More for this item, click Link a calendar and paste the other platform's calendar address so its bookings block the item, then, once your site is published, copy This site's calendar address into that platform's import calendar setting so your bookings block it there too.

TeleportHQ translates your bookable items with AI when you add a language (Automatically translate booking items) or change the project language (Translate booking items), and you can translate or edit each item on the Content language tabs of its form; the name, description, location and categories are translated, while photos, how it is booked, capacity and price are shared by every language.
