A TeleportHQ store gives shoppers a cart and a checkout page where they enter their details, choose delivery (and a shipping method, if you use shipping zones) or store pickup, apply discount codes and gift cards, and pay online or on delivery; you set up every part in E-Commerce Setup.
In TeleportHQ, open E-Commerce Settings, click Delivery Settings under Enable Delivery, set one flat Delivery Price, optionally switch on Free Delivery Over Threshold with a Minimum Order Amount, and click Save Delivery Settings; for different prices per country, add shipping zones.
In TeleportHQ, switch on Store Pickup in E-Commerce Settings, click Manage Locations, add your shop or warehouse with Add Location, and publish; shoppers can then choose Store Pickup at checkout, pick a location and pay no delivery fee.
In TeleportHQ, switch on Vouchers in E-Commerce Settings, click Manage Vouchers → Add Voucher, type a code, choose the discount and what it applies to, add optional conditions and limits, and click Save voucher; shoppers type the code under Have a voucher? at checkout.
In TeleportHQ, give each product a Quantity, then open E-Commerce Settings → Stock Management → Stock Settings to choose whether shoppers can buy out-of-stock items, hide or label sold-out products, limit cart quantities and get an email when stock falls to your low-stock threshold.
In TeleportHQ, switch on Invoices in E-Commerce Settings, click Configure Invoices, set the invoice prefix, your tax rate and whether tax is added on top or included in the price, add your company details and click Save Changes; a PDF invoice is then created for every paid order, with no payment provider needed, and tax rates per country come from Shipping & Tax Regions.
In TeleportHQ, switch on Allow Reviews or Allow Favourites in E-Commerce Settings and publish; signed-in shoppers can then rate products from 1 to 5 stars, which you approve in your site's admin panel, and save products to a My Favourites page.
In TeleportHQ, switch on Abandoned Cart Reminders in E-Commerce Settings, click Configure Reminders, choose how many hours a cart can sit untouched, adjust the email and click Save Reminder Settings; signed-in shoppers then get one reminder per cart, on Trial, Pro and Premium workspaces.
A TeleportHQ store emails you about new orders, low stock, new reviews and return requests, and emails customers their invoices, order updates, refunds, gift cards, downloads, subscription updates, return confirmations and abandoned cart reminders; all of them except the cart reminders go out through the one email sending service your project uses.
In TeleportHQ, switch on Shipping & Tax Regions in E-Commerce Settings, click Manage Regions, add a shipping zone with its countries, then give it one or more rates (flat, by order total or by weight); buyers pay the rates of the zone that lists their country, and you can also set tax per country there.
In TeleportHQ, switch on Gift Cards in E-Commerce Settings and mark a product as a gift card; each paid purchase creates a card worth the price paid and emails its code to the buyer, shoppers spend it at checkout under Have a gift card?, and you issue, disable or adjust cards from Manage Gift Cards.
In TeleportHQ, switch on Automatic Discounts in E-Commerce Settings, click Manage Discounts → Add Discount, name the discount, choose its type, products and optional conditions such as a minimum order value, and click Create discount; it then applies on its own to every cart that qualifies, with no code.
