Products

To add a product to your TeleportHQ store, open the E-Commerce panel from the editor's left sidebar, click + (Add Product), fill in Product Name and Price, check the Currency and Status, and click Create Product.

To sell a TeleportHQ store product in sizes, colors or other variants, open the product, click Variants under More ways to sell it, add up to 3 variant options with their values, set a price, stock and SKU for each combination, and click Save Changes.

In the TeleportHQ product form, click Add Image under Product Images (or drop pictures from your computer onto it) to add photos up to 5 MB, set the main photo with Make Main, and click Save Changes; under 3D Model, click Add 3D model to upload a .glb file up to 30 MB or pick a free model from a 3D library.

In a TeleportHQ store, click Manage next to the category filters in the E-Commerce panel to build a nested category tree (for example Breads › Sourdough), then pick categories in each product's Categories field and publish so your category menus and filters update.

To put a TeleportHQ store product on sale, open the product, click Discounts under More ways to sell it, click Add discount, choose Percentage or Fixed amount, set the Starts and Expires dates, click Create discount and save the product; to show "you may also like" products, click Related products and pick them.

In a TeleportHQ store, click + (Add Product) in the E-Commerce panel, then Autofill using AI, describe the product in a sentence and click Generate Product; the AI fills in the name, description, price, category, photos and more, which you review before clicking Create Product.

To import products into a TeleportHQ store, open the E-Commerce panel, click More actions (…) → Import Products next to Products, drop a CSV or JSON file of up to 10 MB (a Shopify product export works as it is, variants included), check the preview and click Import; files with other column names can be mapped with AI.

To export all products from a TeleportHQ store, open the E-Commerce panel, click More actions (…) → Export Products next to Products, choose CSV or JSON and click Export; product export works on Trial, Pro and Premium workspaces.

To list your TeleportHQ store's products on Google Shopping, publish your site, open E-Commerce Settings → Google Shopping → Manage, and either add your product feed link (your site address + /feed.xml) in Google Merchant Center as a scheduled fetch, or connect your Google account and click Sync products now.

To show products on a TeleportHQ page, add List Products or Grid Products from Elements → E-Commerce and adjust it in the Products List Settings panel, or add Details Product for a single product; to change the store's own products page (filters, grid or list view, pagination), use E-Commerce Settings → Products Listing → Customize.

In TeleportHQ, you sell a subscription by setting a product's Payment Type to Recurring, choosing a Billing Interval and an optional free trial; your payment provider charges buyers every period, you manage subscribers in Growth → E-Commerce → Subscriptions, and buyers manage theirs on a My Subscriptions page.

In TeleportHQ, turn on This product is digital in the product form, add the files buyers download with Add files and, if you sell software, paste license keys; once an order is paid, buyers download from their order page and get an email, and no delivery fee is charged.

In a TeleportHQ store, open a product, click Options under More ways to sell it, and add options shoppers fill in before buying, such as a size, an engraving, a gift message, a yes-or-no extra or their own photo, each with an optional extra price and rules for when it shows.

In a TeleportHQ store, every product opens on the standard product page; to show some products differently, open E-Commerce Settings → Product pages → Manage, create a custom product page (for example Made to order), choose its products and design it on the canvas, and those products open at its own address.
